I got to bring home the class quilt and story! I was so anxious that I covered up with it in the car! Each student got to help Mrs. Cady sew their hand print into the quilt. Once it was complete, we all got to take it home for one night and read the special story about a class that made a similar quilt. Mrs. Cady presented the quilt to Miss Helen on the last day of school. She has been the best assistant to us and it brought a tear to her eye!
