Labor Day Weekend in Austin

We made our way to Austin for a weekend with the Henley's and Tucker's! The Henley's hosted a cookout and the kiddos had a pool party. Conner, Luke and I loved attacking Mr. Jon in the pool. We wanted to give him a taste of what it was like to have boys! The adults had fun watching the UT v. Rice game. Mr. Jon walked us down to the neighborhood airstrip and we got to see some really cool airplanes! We ended the weekend at Angels for a Country Gospel Brunch. Mommy thought the lead singer sounded like Johnny Cash. I was just fascinated with the bass player that had a little monkey crawling all over him! As the saying goes, "Keep Austin Weird"!

First Day of 4 Year Preschool

I love my new teacher, Mrs. Cady! She has been teaching for 35 years! I am also very excited that Mykayln and McKenna are in my class! They are my neighbor buddies! If you are wondering, I didn't get to wear my hat to school. I get upset when Mommy tries to wet my hair down in the mornings, so Mommy came up with another option. I get to wear my hat in the car and take it off when I get to school. It's like magic...my hair is not every which way and Mommy is happy! Silly girls!
