More Camping Pics

My First Camping Trip

Colorado Bend State Park was the scene of my first camping adventure! All of my friends were there and I had so much fun! We frolicked in the river for hours and kept our parents on their toes. I was in Heaven...thousands of rocks and water! We took a short hike, played rings and glow-in-the-dark Frisbee. We tried tracking three deer we saw, but were unsuccessful. Daddy rigged up some smores sticks for us and I loved this new treat! Bedtime was a bit challenging...especially for Mommy (she slept for 20 mins!) I shared a mattress with Mommy and she was afraid to move all night for fear she would wake me up and in turn the rest of the camp. I even slept through the thunderstorm. Mommy said God provided our own Tranquil Moments sound machine...we had the sound of the river running, birds chirping, nighttime sounds and a thunderstorm. I can't wait for our next adventure!

Happy Mother's Day

My Mommy and I

My Mommy is always loving on me!

Butterfly kisses

I'm on the defense!

Mommy is too slow for me!
Today we celebrated Mother's Day! Daddy and I surprised Mommy with a yummy breakfast after her walk! She even liked the fresh flowers we picked for her from the back yard. We had a fun day visiting the safari and playing football! Mommy said she had a perfect day!

Football Frenzy

Running for a touchdown!

I will only wear orange shirts when I play football...not sure what that is about!

My tackle face!

Mommy took me to Kaden's football practice last week and I couldn't stop talking about it! Aunt Kimmy gave me one of Kaden's old helmets and I have football practice nightly with Daddy.

Dr. Lawson is in the House

Mommy was really sick last week with her Celiac. I did my best to take good care of her! Periodically, I brought out my Dr's kit and gave her a thorough check up. Daddy took some cute pics of it, but Mommy wouldn't allow their publication. Silly girls! I even insisted upon having my own cold washcloth and had sympathy pains for her. I'm so happy she made a full recovery thanks to my care!
