Mommy asked me where I wanted to eat for my birthday dinner and I told her "the place where they throw the peanuts on the floor". I was so happy when they took me to Logan's Roadhouse! Mommy was shocked when I asked the waitress to have the staff sing "Happy Birthday" to me. I loved it and especially the brownie sundae! It was a very Happy 5th Birthday!

Tooth Trauma
We had a traumatic night a few weeks ago. I fell out of Mommy and Daddy's bed and bashed my mouth on Mommy's nightstand. I had been so good about staying in my bed, but every now and then I find my way to Mommy and Daddy's bed. On this particular night, Mommy didn't wake up when I slid in. She normally puts me in the middle to prevent what happened on this night. Well, I rolled out and my mouth met the corner of the nightstand. Mommy immediately picked me up and rushed me to the bathroom. Daddy wasn't far behind, as Mommy was about to pass out from the blood. (Her white shirt was covered in red from top to bottom!) Once they got me calmed down (it took a bit longer for Mommy...she was trying very hard to remain calm for me!), I requested to see my fat lip. I was so worried that it wouldn't go down. I told Mommy my Puffalump was so sad to see my lip like that. The next morning, the dentist moved my tooth back into place (This hurt SO bad, but I was a strong boy!) and told me it would be a few days before my fat lip went away. I had some pretty bad cuts, but it is amazing how quickly your mouth heals. I am a very lucky boy that it wasn't worse. Mommy has since moved the nightstand to the opposite wall and I am fully healed! I forgot to add that Mommy took me to the dentist the day before this happened. I had no cavities and they told me I had beautiful teeth. Ironic, dontcha think! Oh well, things happen and lessons are learned!
"Mommy, I need a haircut!"
Once upon a time, there was a little boy that dreaded getting his haircut! He screamed, he yelled and on occasion would bolt for the door. That same little boy has grown up to LOVE haircuts! He asks his Mommy on a weekly basis for one. Any noticeable bit of hair growth means a haircut is in order! I will give you one guess where we are headed this week...
