Fun at the Thompson's

Our last night in Houston we had a sleepover at the Thompson's!  Mommy cooked a Shrimp and Grits dinner for the adults and the kiddos had fun running about.  It was a bonus to see the Ellis', Marcie and Olivia and the Thrasher's!  Mr. David was a trooper playing with us and Mommy kept joking that it felt like an episode of "Big Love".  (Not sure what that was all about!)  Nothing better than a house full of kiddos, good eats, libations, college basketball on the tele and good friends!

Reaching "Heights" with Mia

Mommy took Mia and I to a park in the Heights over Spring Break.  We had fun being silly, finding hideouts and playing make believe.  However, I refused to be Mia's "knight in shining armor"! 

Gone Fish'in

Mommy, Harley and I headed to Houston for my Spring Break!  While Mommy was helping Miss Kristen with the babies, Pa and I played!  We continued our mission of catching a fish in his pond.  We may not have caught dinner yet, but we are not giving up! 

Acid or Base?

Mommy and I took our science experiment outside yesterday.  The sun was shining and it was a perfect day!  We rounded up items around the house and tested them with a little red cabbage juice to find out if they were acids or bases.  It was a surprise to find out if the liquids would change to red, pink, blue or green.  Harley even joined in!

Work Out

I start flag football in a couple of weeks, so I have decided I need to get in tip top shape!  Mommy discovered me in the study working out one morning.  I told her I needed to be strong for football!  Mommy replied with one of her, "Oh, Lordy's"!
